Returns Information
Your satisfaction with our products is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the merchandise within 14 days from the date of order. The merchandise must be in original packaging condition, undamaged, unaltered, and be accompanied by the invoice. Items severely damaged are not refundable.
Slashed items with Sale prices can only be exchanged. All exchanges have to be made within 10 days of receipt. Additionally, exchanges for online-purchased merchandises are subject to availability. By the time your exchange order is processed, the item(s) you have requested may be sold out and no longer available.
Important Note:
1. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
2. Approved exchanges are re-shipped for free
3. Allow 30 days for refund credit to be posted
4. We will not accept unauthorized returns (ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS), all unauthorized returns will be returned to sender.
5. There will be a 10% restocking fee on refunds (if applicable you will be notified)
6. Items returned after the allocated return time will not be processed and returned to sender
7. Your refund or exchange will be processed after our returns department inspects and approves the item(s)
8. We always recommend that you send your return back via priority mail with insurance to avoid the possibility of loss during shipping.
9. Keep in mind it may take 7-14 days for credit to appear in your credit card once it has been processed by Lily New York.
Instructions on returning products
1. Contact customer service at info@lilynewyork.com to receive authorization
2. Indicate the reason for the return in email.
3. If approved, an email will be sent to you with a return form.
4. Fill out the return form and make sure it is included in the merchandize you are sending back; this will help us in expediting your return.
5. If item is being exchanged please include a print out or indicate which item you would like to exchange it for.
6. If there is a balance due to price difference, you will be billed and your exchange will only go out after payment has been received.
7. If there is a credit left of 5 dollars or less due to your exchange you will be sent a money order for amount remaining within 2 weeks of processing. Money orders may be sent along with your exchanged item by request.
8. There may be an additional shipping charge for exchanged items. You will be notified first.

LilyNewYork.com ships only within the United States and Canada. Please refer to the shipping chart below for the United States shipping detail. Canadian rates are 10% more.
NOTE: "Express" orders confirmed before 11:00 a.m., Pacific Standard Time, will be processed the same day. "Express" orders confirmed after 11:00 a.m., Pacific Standard Time, will be processed the following business day. 2. Orders only go out from (Monday-Friday, 9-5 PST)

You may place an order to be shipped to an address other than that of your billing address.
Military & P.O. Box Addresses:
Due to shipper restrictions, shipping is not available for APO/FPO and P.O Box addresses.
